Two insightful stories of the line between film and reality being blurred, with very different finales. I always get excited when I see a new comic pop up on the RSS feed, Juan; keep it up 🙂 .
You present a story that never happened as if it were a part of our world, and one of the characters experiences a fiction as if it were his reality — I was quite tickled.
I’m a writer, and this accurately represents my understanding of the world. I’m often confused about whether I like something because I actually like it or because a character likes it, or I talk for several minutes about things I made up like they actually happened before remembering that they didn’t.
@Michelle–Now that you mention it, it can be slightly unnerving to step back and realize one’s tastes and life history have expanded to incorporate all those little sub-consciousnesses one has brought into being within oneself. I am a hive of my own making and don’t always enjoy all the subcomponents, but they are too alive to sever by the time I notice. (I wonder if God ever feels that way.)

Great work as always.

You really are a mind blowing creator. You don’t put a lot out but they are always worth taking one’s time over. Dang. Way to go.
Especially love the random lines from movies you’ve invented, and the title of the film that he made for her.

I have more contempt for Chris than I would’ve thought possible with such a brief introduction. THAT is good art.
