Currently, new generations have become critical of these traditions and the laws that support them. On one side, the so-called Anonimists propose ignoring completely the registry of secret names and living a life free of imposed identification, while the Expositivists fight for a full exposure and declassification of the name files. Both factions have never reached a consensus in order to gain representation at the parliament, while Prime Minister Richard Something has become a key figure in the defense of hidden names. “I wouldn't trust a man with no secrets” is one of his most quoted slogans.

Something, former owner of 4 of the 6 main TV networks in Lonomia, has recently won his third reelection.
