    I was doing a reread of your comic, and I noticed that the first two panels of your 2009 comic “Previously on The Secret Knots” actually relates to the setting of this story. It made me wonder if that was something that had been on your mind for a while, or if it had filtered back down into your subconscious only to blossom anew? It makes me wonder what I would find if I dug back into some of my old projects.

      To be honest, I knew this was a very old idea I had, back to the first years of the comic, but I didn’t remember I had already used it in some way. In recent revisions I did of comics in the archives, I had skipped that one somehow. Thanks for noticing!
